Aaron has extensive in-house experience building design teams and consulting with companies, both big and small—focusing on design strategy, brand, visual design systems, GenAI, photography, motion, video, illustration, advertising, and creative direction.Currently, he’s the VP of Creative and Brand at Intercom. Most recently he built and led the Brand team at&#38;nbsp;Ramp—one of the 10 fastest growing startups in history. Previously he oversaw a comprehensive rebrand of&#38;nbsp;Dropbox as the Creative Director. He led Design at&#38;nbsp;Kickstarter and&#38;nbsp;Dashlane, and worked as a designer and consultant for Fictive Kin and The New York Times. He was also on the original Brand team at MailChimp and led an award winning redesign in 2011.
